A. We offer HubTime service for regular priority deliveries, which includes Core Mail, delivering your downtown letters and packages quickly and cost effectively; and Time Call, designed for
non-priority deliveries. For express deliveries, we offer ExpressTime service, which bypasses the hub of the Hub and Spoke system, sending your delivery straight through to its destination. For
packages needing truck delivery or specialized handling, our BigTime service is perfect.

A. Because we tailor our services to the needs of each customer, our rates are not set in stone. We’re very competitively priced and are more than willing to discuss flexible pricing scenarios

A. At West Direct, we are serious about environmentally-conscious innovation. Our Hub and Spoke delivery model integrates the use of zero emission bicycle couriers into the completion of
virtually all of our downtown deliveries. Behind the scenes, our electronic order entry, dispatch and invoices allow us to operate without any waybills or hard copy invoices. Our office operates
under an energy savings program.
