How does Hub & Spoke model work?
Our downtown "hub" is connected to all areas of the city by direct, linear routes known as "spokes." Deliveries are picked up and delivered along the spokes that directly connect two points. This allows our drivers to be very familiar with their customers and routes, also known as "spokes." The overall result is increased efficiency, lower emissions and on-time delivery at the lowest possible cost to the customer.
